It started with Barbie. Before I was allowed anywhere near a sewing machine, I was designing Barbie evening gowns with stick pins and pretty floral handkerchiefs, manipulating folds of fabric into bustles and borders.

Designing and sewing beautiful, useful things has always been my love. Now it’s hats and bags–comfortable, practical, pretty and colorful. I sew for the joy of making things that fill a need while making the wearer feel beautiful and special.
